The booming of railway and stations was based on the outcome of the Industrial Revolution during 18th century. These great stations can be regarded as symbol of a glorious era, however, at that time the urbanization was lack of unified planning. The railway transport has shown its unique characters and superiorities since that time. In later years, the airports, train stations, and automobiles respectively dealt with the situations of long-distance, middle and short. Then in recent decades, new potential of railway has formed depending on high-speed technology, which makes the train can be as accessible as automobile and long-distance as airplane. Based on this background, the railway and architecture shall be evolved simultaneously which will no longer be that occupied and heavy volume. In the foreseeable future there is enough space to rethink the concept of railway and behaviors under situation of globalization.
